- We currently buy up to one box or bag of books (banker box sized) per customer Monday through Friday, an hour after opening until an hour before closing, subject to our buyer’s availability.
- We buy for store credit only.
- Buying volume is subject to adjustment based on our current supply.
- Sellers are welcome to take back any books we are not able to buy, we can donate them to local libraries or similar groups, or we can recycle them.
- Sellers are welcome to wait in the store or return within 48 hours. Books left longer will be considered donations.
- Sellers must be 18 years of age and present a valid photo ID.
- Books must be in very good condition. We cannot buy wet, moldy, torn, warped, broken spine, missing pages or volumes, other biohazards, evidence of Silverfish or other insects, or excessively written-in or highlighted materials.
- We generally offer up to 30% of our selling price, often about half or less of the cover price, depending on the condition, supply, and demand. The high end of the range is for high-demand newer releases that are within six months of publication and still in “Like New” condition.
- Collectible items may take longer to price.
- We make offers for the entire lot. Unfortunately, no itemization is available, though we can identify the books for which we cannot make an offer.
